“Uhh Houston, we got a question”

Getting Started

How much does ROCSHIP cost?

Three plans:

  • Website Starter - $297/month + $997 setup. 1 to 5 pages.
  • Website Pro - $497/month + $1,997 setup. Up to 15 pages.
  • Website Ultra - $997/month + $5,997 setup. Up to 35+ pages.

Your monthly price covers everything - design, copy, hosting, security, monitoring, edits, support, and management. No hidden fees. Add-ons are available for every plan if you need them.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Ultra?

Size of site. That's it. Starter gives you 1 to 5 pages. Pro gives you up to 15. Ultra gives you up to 35+. Everything else - design, copy, hosting, management, unlimited edits, same-day support, 24-month refresh - is included in every plan. The only thing that changes is the size of site, and a larger site requires more work to build and maintain.

Which plan should I choose?

Pro is the recommended plan for most businesses. If you have multiple services, team pages, case studies, or locations, Pro gives you the room to cover it all. If you just need the essentials - home, about, services, contact - Starter is a great fit. And if you're a larger organization with a lot of content to cover, Ultra is the move. Not sure? Reach out and we'll help you figure it out.

What's included in my monthly plan?

Everything. Custom design, professional copy, Webflow hosting with SSL and global CDN, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, broken link scans, page speed audits, form testing, search console monitoring, monthly reporting, unlimited edits, same-day support, monthly backups, and a full website refresh every 24 months.

What's NOT included?

Third-party tool subscriptions (your CRM, email platform, etc.), professional photography or video production, custom web application development, complex e-commerce with hundreds of products, and ongoing SEO campaigns like content marketing and link building. If you need any of these, we can point you in the right direction.

Why is there a setup fee?

There's a lot of upfront work that goes into getting your website off the ground - discovery, content development, design, development, testing, and launch. The setup fee helps cover that initial lift so we can deliver a quality site from day one. The monthly fee covers everything after that.

How does this compare to hiring a freelancer or traditional agency?

A freelancer typically charges $3,000 to $10,000 for a one-time build. Then you need hosting ($20-$50/month), and if anything breaks or needs updating, you're paying hourly or doing it yourself. A traditional agency charges $10,000 to $50,000+, and ongoing maintenance is usually $500 to $2,000/month on top of that.

With ROCSHIP, your total first-year cost on Website Starter is about $4,561 ($997 setup + $297 x 12). That includes the build, the copy, the hosting, the management, unlimited edits, and same-day support. After year one, it's just $297/month for everything. When you add it up, we're almost always less expensive - and you don't have to manage any of it.

How does this compare to Squarespace or Wix?

It's a completely different product. Squarespace and Wix are DIY tools - you're building it, writing it, designing it, and maintaining it yourself. What we offer is a professionally managed website - custom design, professional copy, and ongoing management. You're not buying a tool. You're buying a done-for-you website service.

Is this worth it for a business my size?

We built three plans so we can work with businesses at different stages. If you're just getting started - even pre-revenue - the Starter plan at $297/month gives you a professional website without a massive upfront investment. If Pro feels like too much right now, go with Starter. If $297/month is a real stretch, start with a DIY option and come back when you're ready. No shame in that. But if you're in a position where your website matters to your business, this is built for you.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. If your business grows and you need more pages, we can move you up. There may be an upgrade fee depending on the scope of the changes, but we'll handle the transition and work it out case by case.

The Website

How long does it take to get my website live?

6 to 8 weeks for Starter and Pro. Up to 12 weeks for Ultra. The biggest factor is how quickly you can get us the information we need. On our end, we move fast.

What do you need from me to get started?

Don't worry about that - we have a process that walks you through everything. After you sign up, we'll guide you step by step through getting us what we need - your business info, brand assets, photos, and domain access. You don't need to write any copy. That's our job.

How does the copy and content process work?

We gather detailed info about your business - who you serve, what you do, how you talk about it. Then we use that, combined with our copy tools, to craft messaging for every page. You review it, give feedback, and we refine until it sounds right. The goal is copy that sounds like you on your best day. And for what it's worth - our clients are refreshingly pleased with how well the copy turns out.

You use AI to write the copy. Is it going to sound generic?

Fair concern. We don't just run a prompt and call it done. We start with deep information about your specific business - your story, your customers, your voice. AI helps us draft faster, but everything is shaped around your actual business. And you approve everything before it goes live. If it doesn't sound like you, we change it. Our clients are refreshingly pleased with how well the copy turns out.

What if I hate the design?

We take a step-by-step approach so that doesn't happen. We start with the home page and make sure you love it before we move on to the rest of the site. We'll often go through a handful of revisions and home page variations before designing the full site. By the time we get to the complete design, we're already dialed in on what you want.

What does the 24-month website refresh include?

A complete website refresh - updated design, refreshed copy, and a site that reflects where your business is now, not two years ago. If certain sections need to be redesigned or rebuilt, we'll do that. One of the advantages of how we build sites is that we can do these larger refreshes efficiently. It's included in your plan at no extra cost.

Does my website come with SEO?

Every site includes a technical SEO foundation - heading structure, meta titles, alt text, sitemap, fast loading, mobile-friendly design, clean code, and Search Console setup. Built to be found from day one. Ongoing SEO - content marketing, link building, local campaigns - is a separate service. The website is the foundation. Ongoing SEO is the engine.

Will my site actually show up on Google?

A well-built site with proper technical SEO means Google can find, crawl, and index it. That's more than most small business sites can say. But ranking on page one for competitive terms takes time and ongoing work. We set you up with the strongest starting point. Where you go from there depends on your goals.

Can you help with other marketing?

Yes. SEO, local SEO, paid ads, and analytics - all available as separate services. We don't push them. But when you're ready, they're there.

Ongoing Service

What does "unlimited edits" actually mean?

It means what it says. Things clients send us all the time: update a phone number, swap a team photo, add a service description, change homepage text, post a blog, update holiday hours, add a page for a new location, fix a typo, add a team member bio, update pricing, rearrange a section, add a form, change a button color, replace a hero image, update the About page. All included. No hourly rates.

What does "unlimited" NOT cover?

Building a custom web application, setting up a full e-commerce store, producing video content, or complete site redesigns outside of the 24-month refresh. Anything that's a new project rather than an update. Not sure? Just ask.

How fast do you respond?

Same-day, Monday through Friday. Simple changes are usually done within a few hours. For bigger requests, we'll be in constant communication with you making sure it's getting taken care of.

How do I submit edit requests?

Email or through your client portal in Basecamp. Every client gets set up in Basecamp where you can chat with our team and submit requests. Either way works.

What's in the monthly report?

Your site's health, traffic, speed, uptime, work completed, and anything we think you should know. Not a data dump - just what matters, readable in five minutes.

What if something breaks at 2 AM?

We have uptime monitoring running around the clock. If your site goes down, we get notified and we'll get to it as soon as we possibly can. Critical issues get to the front of the line.

The Fine Print

Do I own my website?

Yes. The design, content, images, and copy are all yours. After your 12-month commitment, you can cancel anytime and your site is yours - no transfer fee. We strongly recommend registering your domain in your own account so you always have full control.

What happens if I want to cancel?

There's a 12-month commitment. After that, it's month-to-month - cancel anytime and your site is yours. No transfer fee. No hoops. We're not going to hold your website hostage. Some agencies do that. We think that's gross.

Can I take my website somewhere else?

Yes. Your site is built on Webflow - an independent platform, not something we own. If you leave after your 12-month commitment, your site is yours. You can manage it yourself, hire someone else, or export the code and host it elsewhere. No transfer fee.

What's the 30-day money-back guarantee?

If after your first month you're not happy - no awkward conversations, no hoops to jump through - full refund. Simple as that.

What happens if ROCSHIP goes out of business?

Your website lives on Webflow, not on our servers. Your domain is in your name. If something happened to us, your site would still be online. You'd just need to take over the Webflow account or hire someone to manage it. We've been in business since 2021 and we're profitable - but you deserve a straight answer to this question.

Do I have access to my own site?

Yes - Webflow allows for client access, so you're welcome to hop in there. But most clients don't bother because unlimited edits are included. Just send us what you need and we'll handle it.

What is Webflow?

A professional website platform - think of it as a more powerful, flexible alternative to WordPress without the constant updates, plugin conflicts, and maintenance headaches. Hosting, SSL, and a global CDN are built in. And because it's an independent platform - not something we own - you're never locked in.

Why Webflow instead of WordPress?

WordPress has a massive ecosystem, but for most small business websites it's overkill - and it comes with real headaches. Constant updates. Plugin conflicts. Security vulnerabilities. Separate hosting. Webflow trades that ecosystem for stability, security, speed, and simplicity. For the kind of websites we build, it's the better choice.

Is Webflow going to be around in 5 years?

We believe so - over $300 million in funding, hundreds of thousands of sites, and growing. But even if it disappeared tomorrow, your site code can be exported and hosted anywhere. You're not trapped.

What can't Webflow do?

Complex e-commerce with thousands of products (use Shopify). Heavy server-side processing. Complex user authentication. More than 100 static pages. Smaller plugin ecosystem than WordPress - though for most business sites, you don't need plugins. If your project needs something Webflow can't handle, we'll tell you.

Is my site fast and mobile-friendly?

Yes. Webflow's CDN, image optimization, and clean code mean fast load times. Every site is responsive - phones, tablets, desktops. We run monthly speed audits to catch anything slowing down.

Who is ROCSHIP NOT a good fit for?

We'd rather save you time than take your money. We're probably not right if: you want to build and manage your own site (Squarespace exists for a reason), you need complex e-commerce with hundreds of products (Shopify), you need a custom web app (dev agency), or $297/month is a real stretch right now (start with DIY, come back when you're ready). We're built for established businesses that want a great website managed for them.
