But it's no longer enough to simply have a domain with some html, styling, and a few pages that are copies from last year's trifold brochure design.
People are expecting more of businesses in the digital space. Tech giants like Amazon have radically transformed expectations and the businesses that recognize this and take action will be the ones still standing 5 years from now.

Here's the facts. 95% of people are going to hop on Google and run a search regarding the product/service they need before landing on a company that seems to fit their needs.
These decisions made by your lost client are happening within seconds. If you don't get their attention, if you don't communicate your value, they will move on to your competitor without question.
It's not only a factor of getting their attention, but also a point of even showing up in the search results, having a website that loads fast, that shows up well on a mobile display, and so much more.
